Glen Alford with Glen Alford Realty will assist you so you will be aware of all the fees and call attention to any errors. There are certain standard costs associated with closing the sale of a house. These fees are usually divided between the buyer and seller, as directed in the sales contract. Many are conventional, but there are nuances to each, so you'll want a real estate expert in North Carolina to help guide you through your deal.  Call or text me at 704-985-6817 or email me at galford777@carolina.rr.com with any questions.

Sellers: As we hammer out your deal, I'll not only work to get the highest sales price, but I'll also advocate for reduced closing costs. And once we've reached an agreement, I'll explain in detail the closing costs so you are aware of exactly where your money is going.

Buyers: When purchasing a home in Stanly County, you'll get a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) of closing costs within three days of submitting your loan application. The estimate is based on the loan officer's past experiences and is required to be within an acceptable range so you're not astonished when you come to closing time. I'll be glad to look through the GFE with you, answering your questions and highlighting any estimates that are uncertain.
